Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All artwork is handled and packaged with the utmost care. In the unlikely circumstance that your delivery is damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening and then photograph the damaged art inside and send it guy[at]guytrinquet.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We are unable to accept a damaged return if you do not send us an email notification and appropriate photographs as outlined above within the specified time period.

We assess damage on a case-by-case basis, and it is at our discretion to determine whether an item can be returned and replaced or repaired on the basis of damage.

If a return is approved, the item must be returned to us within 7 days in an unused condition, including all original packaging. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer. We do not refund return shipping or packing costs.

Carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during delivery and consider using tracked or registered mail carrier to track your item. Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of the returned goods and your replacement has been processed.

Refunds and replacements are not offered if the painting is damaged by improper handling and/or failure to mount artwork securely.

If an original is damaged during transit, I will replace it with a commission artwork.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
